Hello everyone. I recently purchased a Sprint Nexus S 4G for a backup phone so I went ahead and activated it. Its a 16gig and I downloaded some apps on it. It shows internal storage as being almost full at not even 800MB of apps installed and 189 Mb available. Then under that, it shows 13.5 GB available in USB storage. What is this? Can anyone assist me with this. Is the USB storage not available to me for some reason? Thanks

If I remember correctly (it's been a year and a half since I had that phone) if you go into settings/apps you'll get a list of all your installed apps and next to them will be a button that says "move to usb"....some apps cannot be moved, but most that you download from the Play Store can.

I would suggest the app Clean Master, allows you to move apps to the SD card, and also to disable some of the stock Android programs. Allows me to still use my NS4G to this day!
