Bestbuy has the Nexus S 4G for $149 online for new customers. Im going to cancel my order immediately since they charged me $200. If you are upgrading it's still $200.

Got an existing customer upgrade for $149 at the Best Buy in Pensacola, FL at 11am this morning. It rang up as $199 but the rep adjusted it to $149 because that's what she quoted me. They also offered a case/zagg screen protector/auto charger combo package for $50.

I paid $200 at the best buy in Arlington VA today. Might have to go back and ask for a price adjustment.

What is BB's history on prices like this? Will it stay at 149 or go back up to 199? I can't really afford it right now, but I might figure out a way if anyone thinks the lower price at BB will be temporary.

I paid $199 for my upgrade at Best Buy what the hell? It says below the dummy unit at Best Buy $149 for new activation. $199 for upgrade and $699 off contract. How you people managed to upgrade for $149 is beyond me...

I was the first one (i think only one) in Best Buy to pick up my pre order yesterday. I mentioned to the salesguy that I saw the priced dropped to $149 on BB.com, he said, "yeah, we all got an email about that this morning, it'll cost you $149". I didn't mention it said $149 for new customers, but he knew I was upgrading, so I'm not sure how it worked out, but it did.

Picked up mine yesterday for $149 at Best Buy. Rang up at $199, but the manager was happy to override the price.

Called bestbuy and the guy said yeah the price dropped to $149 but you have to go to the store for a refund of the price difference. I'm not sure it's worth it to take an hour off of work since it seems like it could be a luck of the customer service person.

I called Best Buy national line and my local Best Buy again and they informed me any rep or manager price adjusting a phone that was meant to be $199 all along for upgrade will most likely be fired or screamed at. I just cannot believe how stupid some employees are.

just checked the BB website again - $149 is for brand new customers - not for existing customers. i feel a bit better now!
