So i purchased my photon this morning had it replaced an hour later because of massive dust under the screen. New one is great only thing, isnt the led supposed to be red when chargin and when you get a txt message its turns green? im not getting either nothing during charging and led only comes on when screen is off and i get a txt.

From the manual:

Light Status Indication

Flashing green New notification.
Solid white Low battery, charging.
Flashing red Low battery.
Flashing blue Bluetooth in use.

mine doesn't show anything while charging, but it does flash green when i get an email or something.

Only works when the phone is turned off here also.

where in the manual it says that? the included booklet doesn't even show the location of LED on the phone
