Default Corporate / Exchange email - no pictures?

Just got the Photon. So far I really like it. Added "Corporate" (Exchange) account and everything sync'd . . . except pictures from Exchange. They've sync'd down to every other Android phone I've tried (EVO, EPIC, Sensation, Nexus, MyTouch, Galaxy S, Vibrant, EVO 3D), not to mention Blackberry and Palm Pre, but not to the Photon.

I assume Motorola wouldn't just do this, and that I'm missing a setting, somewhere.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks,
    Don

Under your email settings and then email delivery. There you have the attachment settings to modify when attachments download.

Other than that you have to manually press show images when you get an email with pictures in the body. I don't think that's any different than other phones.

Is this what you're looking for?

Sorry, I wasn't clear. I am referring to Contact pictures - that show up on the screen when I'm calling or being called; show up in Messaging when I look at a messaging thread, etc.

Any ideas, now that I'm being clear?

    Thanks

I called Sprint and they said the Photon's Exchange client doesn't download pictures. Amazingly dumb. Assuming the person knew whereof she spoke, I guess this issue is closed, for now. I can add pictures manually on the phone - I just don't want to.

Just realized my contact photos weren't syncing both ways like my old phone did. man that sucks!

Any word on if Motorola knows about this and plans a "fix?"
