My Palm Pre Minus had a very weak vibration strength. The EVO 3D was much better. How does the vibration strength of the Photon compare? Is it adjustable?

Mine seems adequate. There is a selection of various vibrate "patterns" to choose from. So it's adjustable in that sense, but can't find anything that would adjust the "strength" of the vibrate.

Yes, there's no strength adjustment for the system vibration, but mine, too, is plenty strong enough. It's also more consistent compared to, say, my Samsung Epic, which had horrible vibration. Some apps, such as SwiftKey X, do allow for adjustment, so the capability is there.
