Rooted. Now what?

My coworker rooted our MoPho's today and according to Titanium it was successful. I downloaded wifi tether from XDA that I will try out when I get home. That was my main reason to root. What else is out there for this phone that I can do now?

You can load the swype 3 beta. It works much better than the version that can loaded on the photon originally.

Video chat in which applications? Or are you talking about video chat thru the built in dialer?

Simple intallation options include AdFree, install Wireless Tether, etc. More advanced options (ie, research first) include installing maintenance releases and custom ROMs, and uninstalling unwanted "bloat" apps. You can also install LBE Privacy Guard, which allows you to approve/deny each individual permission when you install apps.
