visual voice mail & ford sync on photon

i have a ford with sync & i cannot play my visual vm through sync. i have to disengage from sync in order for me to hear my vm. does anyone have a fix to this?

I can't even get my MoPho to allow me to input the entire BT numeric code before it kicks me out. 2010 model MKx. Maybe needs an update for Sync. PITA.

i went to update sync & it was already updated. the problem is with the photon's BT!

I have a 2011 Fusion Sport and my Photon works perfectly with sync. Have had no issues with it.

If you change your input method to the multi-touch keyboard instead of Swype, it will let you enter the BT key

I have change my car to Bluetooth audio and turn up the volume to hear the VM. 2011 Edge with MyTouch.

There is a different menu option that will give you the 4 digit pin code. I had to play around a bit to find it.

I got the code. But when I start to put it in, the Photon kicks me out at digit 3.
