@Isutigers. That's very encouraging. I see it reads "internal use" only, but there seems to be alot of polish on that ad for it to be an internal-only document. I wonder if it's real. I'm anxiously awaiting positive news that the Photon will be updated.

Im pretty confident we'll get ICS. If we don't, and normally when people suggest I roll my eyes and move on, but one could argue moto breached a verbal contract to update the device for 18 months after it was released. Moto agreed to the android update alliance prior to launching this, and because they were all shouting it to every news site available, its not a far stretch to think a consumer would purchase the phone expecting 18 months of updates.

The thing I've noticed that I don't like is the Coming Soon!" is missing the front double Quotes...so...its not "Coming Soon!" its Coming Soon!". (Or has the rear double quotes when it shouldn't...depending on your perspective).

But...I'm hopeful!

That might be a Coming Soon** and the ** notation is in the bottom with the tiny text.
