Hey guys,

My Photon has worked great since launch, but all of a sudden today it keep rebooting every fifteen to thirty minutes. Does anyone know what might be causing it? Am i going to have to do a factory reset?

NO,

Don't do a FDR now.

It sounds like bad APP!

If u installed a new app or updated an App uninstall it, shut down, batt pull, restart it.

Also heard someone had an issue with the headset jack, so if anything is plugged in it unplug it & reboot it.

If you don't remember what app, go to the market & install APP Dragon, it will create a list of Apps, but not the date of install or update, but it may refresh your memory.


TIP: Also I would uncheck the box to "update automatically", always wait for others to update it and check the reviews for a day or two cuz sometimes the updates have changes or issues that you may not want!
