How do I wake the screen during a long call?
I'm sure it's the simplest of answers, but I can't find it/figure it out.
Just got my Photon about 10 days ago and I love it. I really like that when I'm talking and I pull the phone down from my ear, the screen wakes automatically. On a longer call however, or when I'm using my bluetooth headset, the screen goes dark, doesn't wake, and I don't know how to wake it up again if I need to. Ended up hanging up on someone important the other day - yipes!. Anyone have the answer?Last edited by nathaniz; 01-11-2012 at 11:05 PM. Reason: grammar error

Strange, does the top button not respond?

The home button, back button, volume button(s )? I might try the volume button first since that won't impact your call, other than adjusting your volume once.

Re: How do I wake the screen during a long call?
The power button is what wakes your phone, nothing else.
If the power button is disconnecting your call, that 'feature' must be enabled in your accessibility settings....
From the homescreen, press:
Menu > Settings > Accessibility > (uncheck) "Power button ends call"

Also, menu - settings - development - stay awake [x]
This will keep your phone on if it happens to be plugged in while you're making the call. - 01-13-2012, 08:58 AM
