need help with photon my girlfired has

so my girl fired got the photon yesterday and for some reason the keyboard is not showing up in the internet app when she wants to type now it was last night and now its not could use some help so i can help her or i will go nuts please any help at all will be greatly appreciated

When you tap a field the keyboard should appear. Is a cursor showing up in the field?

Hard to determine why that is happening.

Try turning the phone off and back on. That fixes most such problems.

when she called to tell me about the problem she said she did turn the phone off and on again but said it did not fix it. but i can not check till she gets home with is at 10:00 so i will have to wait but what do you think it would be could it be some setting or some thing

I don't know what the problem could be. I seem to recall something of this nature when I got my photon, but I am not sure. I didn't like the stock browser so I switched to the Dolphin browser.

If the problem is with a single app and rebooting doesn't fix it, I would try installing/reinstalling the app (unless it is a native app) or trying a different app.
