I am now on my third photon and it is not working yet again. Will sprint ever give me a different model phone or am I stuck with them giving me photon after photon?
A long battery pull (say 15 minutes) might correct the random reboots.
If back speaker "breaking" means it stops working randomly, there may be a bad connection in the earphone jack. Try inserting and removing a jack several times.
Best solution is probably to take the phone to a dealer to diagnose the problem.
