I am now on my third photon and it is not working yet again. Will sprint ever give me a different model phone or am I stuck with them giving me photon after photon?

The Photon is a very stable phone in my experience. I've had no trouble with mine.

What is yours doing/failing to do?

The speaker on the back keeps breaking and it randomly restarts

A long battery pull (say 15 minutes) might correct the random reboots.

If back speaker "breaking" means it stops working randomly, there may be a bad connection in the earphone jack. Try inserting and removing a jack several times.

Best solution is probably to take the phone to a dealer to diagnose the problem.

Usually after the third time, they'll trade for something comparable... Right now it is the samsung conquer 4g... Not worth it imo...

Most problem I've had with my photon is dropping it... Just yesterday it fell out of a bucket 55 feet in the air... Still working lovely
