I've had my replacement photon for a little over a week... The speaker sounds like it is blown, only at times (sounds like it in car dock and headphones also)

They instructed me to do a battery pull, so I did. When I took the back cover off, the power button flew off... Apparently that voids my warranty...

I'm so pissed now... And I've been on hold for a supervisor for over 26 minutes...

After finally getting on the line with the supervisor, I explained my case, she said rep 1 had the wrong original issue in the notes and I'll have a brand new photon tomorrow, not a reman.

So remember, as is with all call centers, if you don't get the answer you want, ask for a supervisor.

That's good than. I have a little crack by the USB, maybe I should get it replaced. Let me know about the new one.

New one is 2.3.4, had a notification a software update MIGHT be available, but I just hit the - sign on it and haven't been bothered by 2.3.5 yet

Still haven't got the annoying pop up to downgrade to 2.3.5 lol...
