3G/4G not working but wifi is

Today my phone only connects via wifi to the internet. Calls and texting work, I guess on 2G. Phone is stock. Any ideas?

Have you checked your settings usually under Wireless and Networks/Mobile Data and make sure Data is enabled on 3g/4g ?

I know sometimes my kids grab my phone and manage to navigate thru things and have unchecked this box.

Had to go to Sprint and they reflashed phone. Everything is back to normal. The 4g is actually working better than ever now. "Make sure you paid your bill"- funny!
