For some odd reason my screen lock doesn't work. I go into security settings and I draw a the same design twice. The phone accepts it. But, it never implements the lock.

Can anyone help me?

Only thing I can think to do is a factory reset...

understandably. I hate having to put apps back on... and reassuring everything to how I want it.

You can also try possibly removing the battery and holding the power button for greater than ten seconds... seemed a cure all must of the time I had my photon
