Does Sprint's Note 3 support SVLTE?

Will Sprint's Note 3 allow simultaneous call and data usage while on LTE?

And, definitely no ability to talk and surf while on 3g, right?

The HTC EVO 4G LTE can surf the Web on 3 while on a call. It is up to the carriers to enable the feature.

It isn't really a feature.. It's hardware and standards. CDMA radios can't handle voice and data at the same time (that's 3g) unless they add dual radios like they did in the S3. On LTE voice and data can work at the same time no problem.

GSM radios 3g (or 4g HSPA as they call it now) can handle voice and data at the same time.

LTE for all carriers though can handle both.
