Samsung internet VOICE!?

I know this is an old question, but my phone kept announcing page loading and page loaded and I found the answer. I have Samsung galaxy s6, so I went to settings, applications, application manager then scrolled down to the bottom where I found talkback and I pressed force stop and that worked straight away. I did restart my phone as well. But am so happy no more loud announcements about page loading have stopped
