Does anybody know how secure a password protected notebook in Snote on the Note 3 is? I need a secure app for user nes password and credit cards etc. I wouldn't think that the Snote app would be very secure.

I think you'd want at least 256-bit AES but I'm not sure if password protecting the notebook even encrypts it. Might be a good question for Samsung's support.

Why would you need to password protect snote?

Different notebook's can be password protected. The reason why I would want to protect a notebook should be obvious. I would have sensitive info in that notebook. But my question was answered, thank you, I didn't think it would be very secure I have downloaded an app that will password protect & encrypt the info in it.
