note 3 marshmallow update

Sorry guys for keeping u busy with such a outdated phone, but as u know I'm stuck with this device because sprint stopped the volte option. And i can't operate without that option so I'm basically stuck here.

Now. Does anyone know when and if sprint will update the note 3 with good marshmallow? I'm desperate for a update. if not a device upgrade atleast a software change. Any idea?

I don't think the Note 3 is getting the update. You can get a custom ROM, if that will help you.

Someone commented about the Note 3 being eligible for update, but I contacted Samsung customer support and they weren't able to confirm this.
