not receiving group messages

I just received my s4 after an upgrade from a iphone 4s. So far I enjoy the phone but I'm a bit annoyed.
I can send group messages with out any problems but cannot receive any of the responses or be part of a group message. Is there anyone who knows how to fix this? Thanks

I'm experiencing the same thing. By any chance did you have imessages turned on? I too am coming from an iphone and I think the issue might be imessages.
