Screen Timeout Issues

I have been having a strange issue with my S4. I set my screen timeout to 1 minute but it keeps defaulting back to the () setting, whatever that is. I have all power saving features off, I have turned off the smart stay as well, no luck. Anyone else experiencing this issue? Once it does default to () it stays on for about 2 seconds and goes black. Very frustrating...

It's light flow's turn on screen option. They're patching it in the next update, but for now all you have to do is uncheck switch screen on in the notifications.
