Volume Rocker Not Working Properly...?

Posted this in the bug thread but thought it might be a Sprint-specific issue.

I can't change the volume of anything using the volume rocker on the side. The volume slider comes up but the button makes the bubble bounce up for a milisecond and then right back down to where it was. I cant even slide the bubble with my finger, so I am assuming this is some sort of software issue...?

I thought maybe the button was stuck...but it works properly to snap a photo in the camera app.

Anyone else having this issue...?

A factory reset may fix it all but it is a last resort.
