Customizing my Samsung S4. Need assistance.

I am looking into customizing my S4 while learning more about it. If you can give me any ideas of what you've done with yours so I can try it on mine I would really appreciate it. I am not looking to un-root it. Also anybody know when the 4.4 Kitkat is coming to Sprint S4. Have a good one and thanks for the help.

Welcome to the forums!

The first thing I would do is replace the stock TouchWiz launcher. The next thing I might do is replace the stock keyboard.
Nova (Nova Prime) is a very popular custom launcher and SwiftKey is probably the most popular keyboard.

I know this post is a little old but have you used Zooper widgets? Or HD widgets. Both great. Zooper is my fav.
