    Default Save Offline Maps

I'm going to the Lookout Mountain area in Northern Georgia.
I may not have a good data signal all the times, and want to save some maps off line.

The hints say to touch the microphone, and speak "OK Maps".
Problem is; I have no microphone icon in the "Maps" app.

How do I make this icon appear? Is there another way to save off line maps?

I never tried saving offline maps using the Maps app but there are apps out there that allow you to download maps for offline use. CoPilot is one of them.

    UPDATE
    ------------

Those instructions were for the older versions, when it was simple.

Found instructions for V7. Very convoluted indeed. I will try CoPilot.
