Woke up to see the update on my phone and tapped through to install. Phone rebooted. I went and jumped in the shower and when I got back, the phone was on a boot screen and I think it said update unzip failed. I pressed go and the phone rebooted again. Now the update is gone. How do I get it back? I have plenty of free memory (5GB+) and the phone is not rooted.

Thanks in advance for any help.

I have a similar problem. Only I didn't have enough memory so the installation failed. I have now cleared out enough memory but don't know how to get the update started again.

I searched and found this..... looks like the update is starting.

I followed these instructions:
-Go into Setting -> Apps -> All -> Google Services Framework
-You will see a button for Clear Data; clear it.
-Go into your dialer and type *#*#2432546#*#* - This will cause a "force checkin". You will notice that it shows "checkin succeeded" across the top.
Go back to Setting -> About Phone -> System updates and then click the check now button.
