I just got this phone a month ago and will be switching back to T-Mobile. I am aware that Sprint and T Mo use 2 different networks and even if I get an unlock code, the phone may still not work here in the U.S.

However, is there a way I can root the phone somehow and have it work with T-Mobile? I really like this phone and it was a replacement to a phone I had lost on the bus. I don't have the money to buy another phone.

Heck I"d even go to Cricket if it doesn't work with T Mobile. I just didn't want to pay the activation fee they charge to flash the phone. But it's better than buying a whole other phone.
