my sprint account was hacked

so i was trying to log on my account. wen i put the pw it say wrong password and i put forgot pw. it goes to anther email address i dont know. and one of my number was change. without me calling. i lost alot of work bc of this. what can sprint do. has this every happen to anyone

Been there... My account was hacked over the summer, to the tune of just over $6000.00 dollars even though it was caught very quickly. A lot of calls to the Dominican Republic in a short period of time. Sprint was extremely helpful in clearing up the matter, and they made sure that International calling was turned off on my account afterward.

Call them ASAP and make sure everything is good on your account.

I think I ended up paying an extra $50 that month but in comparison it was much better than $6000.00.

yea i would call them asap..if they give u problems make sure u talk to a manager
