No LTE where Coverage Map Indicates?

I live and work in the Dallas area (McKinney/Plano). Sprint's coverage map says I am covered by LTE. My Galaxy Nexus never connects to LTE.

Anyone else's coverage map say they're covered with LTE but aren't?
