Do we need to reset out phones and install the "official" OTA from Sprint when it comes out? Or will it be a 1:1 match and we can just continue as normal?

Just all depends really. We won't know until the official OTA drops and can be compared. In the past these leaked updates have been exact copies of the official update.

If you use the link from the frontpage to download the update, then rename the zip to update.zip then flash the update.zip to your phone, then it performs the same as the ota.
