I'm between the N5 and the M8. I don't have an upgrade at the moment, so I'd be getting them off contract. So pricewise, the N5 wins there.

Battery life seems to be somewhat similar if I have JuiceDefender (as they both have similar battery capacities, I think HTC is counting power saving in the 22 hours right?).

I'm in a Spark area, and both have Spark, so it's a wash.

The only real difference I notice left is the camera. I've been really liking Zoes, but don't know if that plus the bit extra battery makes the $350 price difference worth it. Can anyone help me with the choice? Or any camera apps for the N5* that may make it just a difference of bigger battery and SD card vs not?

*Really not a fan of relying Auto-Awesome though.

Can you expand on that? As in why?

For pure money reasons alone get the N5 off the play store. If money is no object then get the M8.

I have the nexus 5 now and am looking at the HTC one. I think the bells and whistles is attracting me. I like this phone a lot except the battery life. I'm hoping there will be a fix soon.

It's funny, so many people complain about the camera but it's one of the biggest draws for me. The Zoe shots are worthless to me alone but when you compose a highlight and incorporate the Zoe's with pics and music and themes... Gotta say I really like it

I feel that if you are a huge photographer then stay away from both but if you are just going to put them up online then the camera is alright I know that I like the bulid quality of the M8 and I will be be getting my for sure on the 11th of April so would i say go for it yes hands down
