    Default Frustrated Sprint customer

    Over two months ago I ported my three lines over from Alltel thinking Sprint would pay off the termination fees with the promotion they were run. They won't pay off the fees because Alltel won't list the fees per line only a total of the termination fees. Soon as I'm pay off these phones I'm done with Sprint!!!!

    Is it a communications breakdown between Alltel and Sprint?
    How high have you taken this with Sprint?

    Called Sprint many times. Referred me to another number that deals with this. No help, called Sprint back and was actually told by the rep and their boss that there was never a promotion like that. More or less being called a liar is unacceptable. I'm about done with them after thus since they stuck me with the other bill now.

    That sucks. I see that the Sprint promotion ended on May 8th. (http://newsroom.sprint.com/news-rele...-up-to-650.htm) Remember to always check everything is line before making a jump so you can avoid this.

    When did you switch? If within the 14 day return window you can get out.

    You had to have your phone activated by May 8. Mine was activated around May 1st.

    I'd try and call them. If that fails then I'd pack up my lines and head on out. Let us know how things turn out!
