If so, do they verify that it is active on my existing line, or can I just buy a crap pre-paid phone and turn that in.
Right now we've got 8 people on two different Verizon plans paying $430/month. This new pricing looks fantastic, $100 for all 8 lines through 2015 with 20 gb shared and 2.5 gb/line. The speeds where I am in Pittsburgh are good, my coworker just ran a test for me and was in the 12 mbps down range which suits my needs. Many of these lines are active with new phones, a couple G3s, an S5, Note3, 5S, etc. It would be really nice to be able to sell these phones on Swappa and then buy Sprint phones there too, turning these brand new phones into Sprint wouldn't be a great option. I guess worst case I could find cheap Verizon phones to activate on each line.
