How can I get my Hotspot streaming?

Hotspot not streaming

I have had a hotspot for years. I am on Sprint. I now can browse my computer to my hearts content, however everytime I start a movie with netflix or whatever, I can stream about 20 minutes of it then it keeps cutting off, like it is throttling down or something. This really sucks as I am on the road and use it allot. Is there a new Sprint snooper out there or something? What can be done?

Seeing that my I am routed and my hotspot is aftermarket I don't think that's good advise. I thought some guys that know something about the subject would be able to chime in.
