    Default whats your 3G speed?

I've been getting some decent 3G speed lately and I'm just curious to how it stacks up to everyone else's speed. There is no 4G in my area but I average between 800 & 1000 kbps down and 600 & 800 up.

Usually when I'm in my house not using wifi, I get about 300 kbps download and 100 kbps upload

What does sprint.com/coverage say about your coverage? I'm in a "Fair" area and I get about 600 down 300 up

Depends on what side of town I'm on but it's either good or best.... that's on voice coverage, it just tells me where 3g is available.

I think Sprint has some of the slowest speeds. I would average 500-700 down. Was happy when I got over 1000. When I was at work I was in a 4g area and then I would push 2000, highest ever was 6000 which was great but only once.

Just got ATT (still have Sprint lines also) and average 2500 down with a best of 3100 down and thats 3g.

I truly loved Sprint but with three lines paying an extra $10 for Evo's data was not happy with speeds.

I will say, that's pretty impressive... but coming from my Iden BlackBerry, getting between 800 and 1000 down is lightning fast in comparison.

Same here, I was getting a high of 400kbps up and down on Sprint 3G. Just switched to AT&T and with one bar on 3G I am getting that. Full signal gives me 2.5-3mbps down on 3G.
