About 2 weeks ago i signed onto sprint and got my epic 4g. The epic is a good phone but the battery life kills me so I wanted to trade for a Nexus S 4g. The only problem is that I got my epic from a sprint store and the nexus is only available at Best Buy. What should i do?

Sprint will carry it. Go to another store in your area.

Sprint will carry it. I think it is on their site for the 8th(?). Just take it into that store and do the 30 day guarantee and swap it for the Nexus S.

Yes, as long as you've had it for less than 30 days, you can exchange it. Just be sure not to get ripped off since the Sprint store is kind of crooky.

They shouldnt be what so ever.

if they are, then maybe they arent a real sprint store?

if i were you id go to another sprint store or report the one where they dont want to help you.

they should have no issue swapping it out.

you can tell them anything you want.

That doesn't have anything to do with the Sprint store. That has to do with the company that Sprint pays to do their rebates.
