What can I do with a rooted phone?

Hey, I am very new to the android world. I just got an Atrix 2 and I rooted it yesterday. I was just wondering what can I do with a rooted Atrix 2 and what are some good roms to try out?

No roms yet, developers just got the fxz this morning so roms should be out in a month to 6 months from now.
Nothing to do with rooted but make a backup nandroid using the bootstrap, change theme, webtop hack and hmmm can't think of anything else :P
As for apps that you can use
Rom toolbox pro ( all in one )
Widget toggle for wifi, bluetooth, brightness
data enabler
droid wall
Go launcher
Battery Circle
Camera zoom fx
Opera browser

I'm somewhat disappointed at the available documentation on the issue. I rooted my phone the other day, downloaded Bloat Freezer and Rom Toolbox as well as Android Assistant. I like Android Assistant, but Bloat Freezer is a tricky booger with many programs to freeze but little organized documentation as to what process or program specific items are related to and how safe it is to freeze them. As far as Rom Toolbox is concerned, there are so many options in there that I need more guidance as what I can or cannot do to improve my battery life without sacrificing too much performance. I'm not stupid but the lack of guidance or documentation makes me wonder how I might be able to unroot my phone. Was it even worth it?

I kinda regret switching to android now...

Sorry that you regret switching. Yeah it is easy to get stuff with iphone because there is only one hardware to develop from and apps that are never updated. If you use google and do a search for something illegal you'll find something but you have to learn something about your phone before you do it. Not bashing or anything but iphones are for lazy people who just want everything to be spoon fed. Android has a lot of different cydia like market out there you just have to do a simple search. Talking about it here in the forum is not allowed i think lol.
