My Atrix 2's front facing camera is packed with lint and dust. It's unusable. I think pocket dust gets in through the speaker grill - crappy design! Any one else have this issue and fixed it?

I do not have this problem and my A2 always goes into my pocket. Perhaps your pocket is too linty. How about a shot of compressed air toward the earpiece? Not too direct or close though.

once its clean i suggest a clip that phone faces in to the clip, so its not rubbing fabric in pocket. did you google search removal of touch screen or front glass? i found this listed below in forum:
