mobile hotspot problem

Hey...i am in a real problem here.....

I bought my atrix 2 unlocked ATT phone from the US and use it in india....
when i try to use the mobile hotspot function,it says "account not enabled,to enable go to att.com/mywireless or dial 611"

i talked to motorola technical support but they told me to contact at&t.
I dont know what to do.

please help.

Ha! So you bought a US phone with the US app for US hotspot and want it to work in India?

I think you need your provider in India to provide you with the appropriate app for your location.

What does your phone provider say about getting a hotspot on your account? This is sales not technical support at this point.

I am useing atrix 2 india version, initially i was abel to browse internet with hotspot. Now suddenly i am not abel to browse internet. Though my laptop is getting connected in wifi-hotspot. Any idea, any suggestions will be very helpful.
