Went to mow the lawn came back on a break to read mail and wow!!!

All the back ground process are constantly scrolling down the right hand side of the screen and the finger swipe now shows a visible trace along with the X-Y axis reading at the very top.

WTF happened and HOW do I turn this off???

I cannot use apps nor can read anything with the constant scrolling of the app process scrolling constantly!

Is this a sign to buy the Sammy 4 and #hit can the Atrix-2????? Hmmmmmm

Found the answer. It was in the development menu. Unchecked show CPU and magic all gone hope this helps out someone else in the future. Oh and the Motorola chat tech was excellent to walk me through this.
