This might be a dumb question, but it won't hurt to ask, but when I go to 4shared to get apps, will I be charged? Because I downloaded MLB 11 app on that site and when I go to the market place it said its installed? I got worried when I saw that, but I'm just wondering. Thanks.

Only thing about this is that you will not be able to get future updates for those apps....
Try not to cheat out developers for paid apps.
