What keyboard are you using? And what is the best keyboard to use?

Right now I'm using SwiftKey as well...is there any way to increase the font size?

I'm also using SwiftKey X. I was using swipe, but I was never able to get a hang of the process.

I typically use SwiftKey, but I also have Swype and Thumb Keyboard loaded.

I'm a Swype guy. Love the action. Makes it so much better to type.

Re: Atrix keyboard
I'm a former Swype user and I gave up on it. Too many typos, mistaken words and the space bar when double pressed doesn't insert a period.
Swiftkey X IMO is the best keyboard hands down. It learns your typing habits and can predict like magic what you're going to type. - 08-26-2011, 08:06 PM #10
Re: Atrix keyboard
Smart Keyboard Pro. I've been an Android user since the G1, so I've tried probably every keyboard there is, and I always come back to Smart Keyboard Pro.

Re: Atrix keyboard
Just wondering, did you not figure out that adding a period added a space? Pretty much the same thing.
I have a bunch of keyboards. I almost always end up at Swype. I have Swiftkey X Beta for hot days (ZAGG covers make Swype hard when your hands get moist) and I use Smart Key Board Pro for Hebrew communication. - 08-26-2011, 09:14 PM

Re: Atrix keyboard

Its pretty easy to remove typos from swypes dictionary and even easier in the new version, v3 I believe. Try it out I liked it much more than v2.
I personally use gingerbread keyboard. There are some great themed versions out there for those who like blue on black or any other combination. - 08-26-2011, 10:05 PM #14

Re: Atrix keyboard
I'm also using Swifkey X and I think it's great.
The best part is the prediction ability. It is fantastic and it is only at 26% efficiency I wonder what would it be when I reach a higer percentage. - 08-27-2011, 12:33 AM #17
Re: Atrix keyboard
Another Swiftkey X user here. It's been a very good keyboard and the prediction is accurate. Sometimes scary lol

Re: Atrix keyboard
I use SwiftKey Beta X and Smart Keyboard Pro. Can't decide which is better.

Re: Atrix keyboard
I use Thumb Keyboard 4. Once you get it set the way you prefer, its awesome. Everything about it can be customized to the fullest. The size of it, layout, keys and it has tons of themes and different sound and vibration settings which can be turned down, up, or off.

Re: Atrix keyboard
SwiftKey X on both my Droid 2, and my Honeycomb tablet. The predictive text is top notch and the split thumb keyboard other tablet is amazing. Typing is much easier using SwiftKey X. I would suggest using this keyboard on any Android phone or tablet.

I've tried a few for the past year... Shapewriter 3.0.9 or the last version they made before discontinuing is still my favorite! Stable and the swiping is amazing! I don't even look at the keyboard sometimes when I type.
Edit: you can also find it for free and just try it!
