Got a Laptop Dock..... now what?

This thing is much much slower than my phone by itself. If it could just be a keyboard and screen for my phone, that would be fantastic, but the webtop app taxes the processor and web browsing, flash video, and gaming slow to an annoyingly low clip.
Basically, I want to hack this bad boy to actually be useful. I want to use it for light gaming (or 3d, if it can handle it), and watching starcraft videoes on youtube and other flash sites. Right now, my phone can handle these things like a champ, but the laptop dock cannot..... which is actually kinda sad. If i can just get it mirror, it might be what i'm looking for.

Try Nebtop. It works for me to mirror my phone on my Lapdock.

How's the lag? Can you play higher end games smoothly? Currently, if you play games on the dock, its way laggier than if you played it on the phone regularly.

Install an OC kernel; will take care of the lag.

... Cant remember if you have to be unlocked or not to OC it, though.
