I currently have an Atix 4G. I had pre-ordered and purchased this phone when they first came out. I have been very happy with it to-date however it is getting a bit long in the tooth and am looking for more speed and ability to run Jelly Bean.
I also have a new Nexus 7 tablet and and quite impressed so far.
The phone has to be GSM so I can unlock and use in Mexico where I live.
Recommendations?

I went from the Atrix 4G to the LG Nexus 4. Wow! The Nexus 4 is a fantastic phone.

Nexus devices are unlocked out of the box so you can travel with it no worries.
Just pop in a SIM from a local supported HSPA carrier & you're good to go.

If you go with the Nexus 4, make sure that you get the most memory on it that you can since it does not have a micro SD card slot. I have the LG Optimus G which is very closely related to the Nexus 4 and they are both good phones.
