Problems Playing WAV files

Hello,
I am getting an error message when I try to play a wav file. The message simply reads "Sorry the player does not recognize this type of file".

Any suggestions on how to get this working?

The files are coming from an Avaya Modular Messaging server. Not sure if that is important.

Have you tried remote wav from the market? I use it for voicemails.

Just tried it, worked like a charm. My issue has been playing VM's as well.
Thanks for the help, I'll share this with the two guys in my office who are having the same issue.
