After connecting my Motorola Atrix via USB to my PC, nearly 3/4 of my downloaded applications are deleted. It may have something to do with the autosync setup in the Motorola Media Link PC application, but I can't find anything that would cause this problem. I also have WiFi Android Manager and Lookout installed, but those don't autorun when I tether to PC.

Any ideas?

the phone is probably connecting to the PC as storage. the apps that are getting "deleted" are the ones installed on the SD. when the phone is mounted as storage to a PC, the SD is not usable to the phone.
