Major problem with ROM??

Using captivate with cognition 2.2
on rom manager used recovery to the save i had before flashed the rom
went through setting up but stuck on att world phone screen

after battery pull goes to the battery level screen while charging
but will still stick at att screen

Was your backup from Eclair? If so this can cause problems.

what are the problems

Edit 1: Is there anyway i can get the phone working again

Edit 2: Got the phone working again with odin

Don't restore that backup and you should be fine. Just manually reinstall/reconfigure your apps/settings.
