You need to flash a kernel that supports it first. Then you can use Voltage Control to regulate it.

O nice so what so good settings and I read that one forum about the hz settings but still kind of lost thanks for the help friends

If you mean OC settings, it depends on your phone. 1200 will be fine for you phone (Samsung is using the same processor clocked at this speed for some future devices), but above that, you just have to set it and watch for stability issues.

I c well I'll have to see what's up by any chance you don't have the link to this rom?? Or was it that sucker punch(is it from that movie) lol looks like a cool.. And what other good rom's to get also can u run more then 1 rom at a time?? 2nd? By chance do u know the nexus1 (think it's that phone) how it powers down looks like a tv power down if so can u do something like that to the captivate or really change the power down mode??

I'm not a dev so I'm not the best to ask, but if you're just looking to make one for personal use, you can just use a kitchen.
