You might check around locally for a shop the repairs phones - or look on line for a video on how to fix it yourself.

Tread carefully with fixing it yourself. If you damage the LCD panel at all, it'll be completely useless. It might be worth sending it off somewhere to do it (the price is only a bit more than the parts).

I paid about 150 to replace my screen and digitizer a few months back. DrPhonez.com I think was the site. I saw the vids on YouTube about doing it yourself, but didn't feel too confident. I think the part was about 80 on eBay.
