New to the forum so please be gentle...

I'm trying to DL Blood and Glory for my captivate.. its over 30MB in size.

I have a ton of space on my phone left (GBs) on both phone and external sd card but everytime i try to download the file its telling me "insufficient space available".

Is there a file size cap for this phone? Lame if there is.

While looking thru my system info app, I came across the MEMORY section with a heading of "Download Cache". It reads MAX 30.05MB FREE 30.04MB. That leads me to believe I can only download files UP TO 30MB... is that correct?

My phone isnt rooted, and I dont really want to at this point.. i've had to replace this thing 3 times already thru warranty and would like to not screw this thing up anymore than it already does itself..

Any ideas? thanks in advance!

When you say download - what do you mean? Have you tried to put the movie on a SD car via usb and a PC?

You'll need a proper kernel for this to work- suffice it to say if you're stock, you're pretty much SOL at this point.
